Return Policy
At Creature Culture, your satisfaction is our priority. Please carefully read the following return and refund guidelines.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a misprint, you are eligible for a free replacement or refund.
- Wrong Item or Size Received: If you receive an item that is incorrect (e.g., wrong size, color, or product), we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
- Non-returnable items: Please note that we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing ordered by the customer, or change of mind. We encourage you to check size guides and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
2. Return Window
You must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns, replacements, or refunds will no longer be available.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at creaturecultureco@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Description of the issue (damage, misprint, wrong item, etc.)
- Photographs of the item showing the issue
We will review your claim within 48 hours and provide instructions on how to proceed.
4. Refunds and Replacements
- Refunds: If your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- Replacements: If a replacement is offered, we will arrange production and shipment of the new item at no additional cost.
5. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund. Please contact us if your order has not arrived after the expected delivery timeframe.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for sizing or other preference changes. Please refer to our size guides or contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about the product.
7. Custom or Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable unless there is a production issue (e.g., misprint, defect).
