GENERAL

What is Creature Culture?
Creature Culture is a small-batch, mischief-making brand for the feral-hearted. We design apparel and accessories inspired by punk horror, gothic glam, cryptid folklore, and everything strange in the shadows.

Where are you based?
We haunt the Hudson Valley, New York (USA). All products are printed and shipped via our fulfillment partners across the U.S.

Do you have a storefront?
Not yet—but stay tuned. You never know when a pop-up (or something... else) might appear.

ORDERS

How do I place an order?
Just add your favorite pieces to your cart and check out securely via our website: creatureculture.co.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Because items are made-to-order, changes must be made immediately after purchase. Email us at creaturecultureco@gmail.com with “ORDER CHANGE” in the subject line and your order number. We can’t guarantee edits after fulfillment begins.

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. For full details and instructions, please visit our Return Policy page.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary depending on your location. Customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

How long does shipping take?
Production typically takes 2–7 business days, followed by shipping times of 3–7 days for U.S. orders and 7–21 days for international. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

Who do you ship with?
We ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, or your local courier depending on your country and the item. All tracking details will be sent once your order leaves the lab.

PRODUCTS

What sizes do you carry?
We offer inclusive sizing wherever possible, generally XS–3XL. Sizing details are listed on each product page—please check before purchasing.

How are your products made?
We use ethically sourced blanks and eco-friendly printing partners (like Printify). All designs are original and exclusive to Creature Culture.

Will you restock sold-out items?
Some pieces are seasonal or limited-run—if you love it, grab it. Once it's gone, it may be gone for good. (Or not. The dead rise sometimes.)

OTHER

Do you offer wholesale or stockist options?

Do you take custom orders?
Not at this time—but we do accept offerings, suggestions, and DMs about future collabs and ideas.
